Accessing Psychological Services in Isolation

Writer's picture: Ashleigh FisherAshleigh Fisher

Being forced into social isolation can cause us to experience a lot of distress as our lives are changed in an instant. This can often bring upon feelings of being disconnected, and exacerbate feelings of low mood, stress, and anxiety. If you've been asked to socially isolate or are choosing to socially isolate during the COVID-19 pandemic, there are still options to access help. I offer sessions via telephone and Skype. Please call or email to find out what pricing options you may be eligible for in conjunction with the new government Medicare initiative. Private health and concession options are also available.

In the spirit of reconciliation the Fisher Psychology acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
